Welcome to Hello Idly. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using Hello Idly, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.


1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to Hello Idly website and mobile application.

  • "User" / "Customer" refers to any individual using our services.

  • "Restaurant" refers to third-party food vendors listed on our platform.

  • "Order" refers to the purchase of food items through our platform.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By using Hello Idly, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete.


3. Account Registration

  • Users may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

  • Hello Idly is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.


4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders placed through Hello Idly are subject to acceptance by the restaurant.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Unavailability of items

    • Technical errors

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified.


5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are displayed in INR (₹).

  • Prices may include taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery charges may vary based on distance and location.

  • We accept:

    • UPI

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Wallet Payments

    • Cash on Delivery (if available)

Hello Idly is not responsible for payment gateway failures.


6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can only be canceled before restaurant confirmation.

  • Once the order is confirmed, cancellation may not be allowed.

Cancellation by Hello Idly:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Restaurant issues

  • Delivery partner unavailability

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds (if applicable) may be credited to wallet.


7. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic or weather.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • If customer is unavailable at delivery time:

    • Order may be marked as delivered.

    • Refund may not be applicable.


8. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

  • Provide false information.

  • Misuse promo codes.

  • Abuse delivery partners or restaurant staff.

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.

Violation may result in permanent suspension.


9. Offers & Promotions

  • Promo codes are subject to specific terms.

  • Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

  • Hello Idly reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.


10. Reviews & Ratings

  • Users may post reviews after valid orders.

  • Reviews must not contain:

    • Offensive language

    • False claims

    • Spam content

  • Hello Idly reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.


11. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Logo

  • Design

  • Text

  • Software

belongs to Hello Idly and may not be copied or reused without permission.


12. Limitation of Liability

Hello Idly acts as a technology platform connecting customers and restaurants. We are not responsible for:

  • Food quality issues (restaurant responsibility)

  • Delays due to unavoidable circumstances

  • Allergic reactions (customers must check ingredients)


13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.


14. Force Majeure

Hello Idly shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet outages

  • Pandemic situations


15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City Name].
